WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 15, 2020 – The Board of Directors of ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) has declared a second-quarter cash dividend of 16.9 cents per share on the company's outstanding stock. The cash dividend will be payable on July 6, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2020.
